Students apply for an internship through the department/program internship committee.

Where can I do an internship?

Students wishing to intern in the Radio, Television, and Film department can complete their internships at television channels, radio stations, production companies, and private and public institutions related to their field.

Who is responsible for finding an internship?

It is each student's responsibility to find a job approved by the Internship Committee.

What semester can I do my internship?

Students can complete their internships during the summer months at the end of the 6th semester.

Can I do my internship on any date I choose?

Internships must be completed within the dates determined by the Faculty of Communication.

How long is the internship?

The internship duration is 20 working days (excluding public holidays).

A full working day for internships is calculated as 8 hours.

A week cannot exceed 6 working days.

If a Saturday is worked half-day, it is considered a half-day.

Can I take leave during my internship?

Internships must be completed without interruption (except for accidents, health problems, or deaths of first-degree relatives).

The leave period cannot exceed 10% (2 days) of the internship duration.

A student who is absent for 3 consecutive days without permission or an excuse, or who has more than 10% of their absences, will have their internship deemed "failed."

What should I do if I cannot continue my internship?

A student who cannot continue their internship must notify the departmental internship committee in writing within 5 working days.
